Senior Manager of the One Stop Shop Department (Permanent Position)

Application Period: July 21, 2025 – July 25, 2025

Departmental Focus:

Support and facilitation of investment projects

Main Responsibilities:

• Works with the Partnership’s software systems designed to provide responses in accordance with the number of inquiries received by the Department from government bodies, as well as requests from individuals and legal entities
• Provides consulting services on state financial support tools and regional entrepreneurship development programs
• Participates in field events related to the Department’s activities to enhance efforts in attracting investments
• Coordinates with other Departments to exchange information and address emerging issues
• Supports investment projects and prepares all necessary documentation
• Participates in cooperation with government agencies, development institutions, and other stakeholders in investment activities to ensure smooth implementation of projects
• Performs other duties in accordance with the held position and assignments from the Partnership’s management

Candidate Requirements:

• Higher and/or postgraduate education in fields such as arts and humanities, business, administration and law, natural sciences, mathematics and statistics
• At least 2 (two) years of work experience in professional areas relevant to the position’s scope of activities
• Proficiency in Kazakh, Russian, and one foreign language is mandatory
• Computer literacy and knowledge of specialized software: MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint), PDF, Adobe Photoshop
• Additional/specific job conditions: Availability of certificates, letters of appreciation, or awards is welcomed. Willingness to travel on business trips, etc.
