Participants are small and medium-sized businesses registered in the territory of Almaty and implementing/planning to implement projects in Almaty (operating business) according to the list of priority industries
Maximum loan amount
No more than 100 million tenge
for loans and factoring
No more than 500 million tenge
for the subjects of the industrial park
The interest rate:
is not more than 6%
on debts
not more than 8.5%
on factoring loans
The loan term:
- for investments is no more than 84 months
- for PIC (including using the factoring mechanism) – no more than 36 months
The intended purpose is the acquisition of fixed assets and replenishment of working capital. The grace period for repayment of the main debt is no more than 24 months
